Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Select the reason for your return and download your prepaid UPS shipping label, which will also be sent to the email address associated with your original order.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Place the unworn boots or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
